Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 29, 2025

1. General Terms

By engaging with CCSOL for any services, clients agree to comply with these terms and conditions. CCSOL reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made for CCSOL services and products are non-refundable. Clients acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Services & Payment Terms

Website Development & WordPress Support

Custom website development, e-commerce solutions, and web applications require a 75% advance payment before project commencement.
Ongoing WordPress maintenance and support services are billed according to the agreed terms.

Digital Marketing

SEO Analysis: 100% advance payment required.
SEO Projects: 100% advance payment required.
PPC and Social Media Marketing services are billed per campaign agreement.

Consultancy & Support

Online consultancy services require 100% advance payment.
Online technical support is charged at PKR 5 USD per 30 minutes.
General technical support is available during office hours.

Domain & Hosting Services

Charges for domain registration and hosting are based on third-party providers.
Domain Transfer Fee: One-time cost of 60 USD.
Single Domain Hosting & Setup: 32 USD.
Multiple Domain Hosting: 100 USD per year.

4. Liabilities & Service Suspension

CCSOL is not responsible for the loss of client email data or website backups. Clients are advised to regularly back up their data.
Services will be suspended by the 10th of each month if outstanding dues are not cleared. Three reminders will be issued before service suspension.

5. Support & Availability

Technical Support: Available during office hours.
General Inquiries: Available 24/7 via email at [email protected].

6. SEO Disclaimer

While CCSOL follows industry best practices, SEO results are not guaranteed due to varying search engine algorithms and competition.
